General (NGE)

General (NGE) Rules prescribe the Network requirements for:
- the interaction of people with high-risk infrastructure
- communications
- unusual circumstances and events
- the responsibilities of key operations workers.

Unusual circumstances are dealt with in prescribed ways, all of which need effective communication between respondents.
