This document describes how a Worksite Warning form must be compiled, issued, cancelled, fulfilled and managed.

Introduction
NRF 011 Worksite Warning is used to advise Drivers and Track Vehicle Operators about the locations of worksites and speed restrictions.
This form is used:
- if multiple worksites are established under a Track Work Authority (TWA), or
- during pilot staff working, if rail traffic has to pass more than six worksites, either on the line used for pilot staff working or on the adjacent line.
If rail traffic has to pass more than six worksites during pilot staff working, the Qualified Worker must make sure that on the NRF 008 Pilot Staff Notice (PSN):
- item 7 is ticked , and
- the check box beside the statement ‘There are more than six worksites’ is ticked.
The Qualified Worker who prepares the Worksite Warning form must arrange for it to be given to the Driver or Track Vehicle Operator:
- if pilot staff working is in operation, before the rail traffic enters the pilot staff section, or
- if a TWA has been issued, by the inner Handsignaller before rail traffic enters the portion of track covered by the TWA.

Review each item, and:
- put a cross in the numbered box if the item does not apply in this instance, or
- tick the numbered box if the item applies in this instance and complete the details.
Item 2 – Handsignallers
If there are Handsignallers tick the numbered box and complete the details.
Item 4 – CLEARANCE sign
If there is a CLEARANCE sign at the end of the work tick the numbered box and complete the detail.
