From Monday 11 December 2023, a digital version of NRF 002, NRF 003, NRF 004 and NRF 005 forms will be launched alongside the current paper-based forms.
Digital Network Forms gives users the option to fill out forms online, generate a PDF copy or share the form via email. There is no change to current processes when using these forms.
How do I access the new digital forms?
The digital forms are available on the RailSafe Network Forms (NRF) page. They are accessible on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
What about pre-printed stock for NRF 002, NRF 003, NRF 004 and NRF 005?
You can continue to order and use the paper-based version of these forms if you wish.
Do I need to keep a record of digital forms?
Yes. Digital Network Forms and records must be kept for at least 90 days.
