Changes to Online Ordering

Urgent reminder - Friday 8 March is the last day you can order from Bluestar

There are changes to how to order stock as a result of updates in the TfNSW warehousing/logistics contract. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the short notice of these upcoming changes.

A lot of stock must go before we move. Some items are free so please go to https://www.bspg.com.au/sydneytrains and order online today.

If you need RailSafe Safeworking resources, please order any new stock before the transition period commences. There will be a closedown period where no stock orders are possible.

Key Dates:

  • 8 March: Last orders via Blue Star online ordering system
  • 8 March – 31 March: Stock orders through the Blue Star online ordering system will stop
  • 1 April 2019: You can start using the new online ordering system

Please ensure that you order sufficient stock now to cover the period of closure. You will be advised about how to login to the new system soon.
