The last major redesign of railsafe.org.au was in 2013, and with the introduction of so many new technologies and changes in design thinking, it was due for an update.
One of the exciting improvements to the site is that it is now a progressive web application (PWA) which means users can download content to any device and access previously loaded content when offline.
We have also updated search functionality and navigation so it’s easier to find the information you need fast.
Over the next few weeks we will start to publish step-by-step guides, so you get the most out of using these new features including:
- How to navigate the new search function to find the information you need fast
- Applying filters
- How to use the offline capability by installing the PWA to a mobile device.
